- Yes, you can exchange items. Item exchanges will be accepted within the first 10 calendar days of purchase. The item must be in perfect condition with hangtags, a label, and a sales receipt. We do not offer refunds. We only accept exchanges and/or credit notes for the purchase price of the item in the currency used at the time of purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

If I buy from the province, how long will it take for my order to arrive home?
- Shipments will be made within 24 to 48 hours (Lima and/or Province). Shipping to other provinces has an additional cost of $8, a fixed amount. Shipments are made through Olva. You will receive your tracking number after the shipment has been made. The delivery time depends on Olva and is usually 3 to 5 business days.
